strive to provide you, the customer, with the utmost satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product,
you are welcome to request a refund within 10 days of your purchase date. We strive to offer our
customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee: Products should arrive fresh, tasty and in excellent condition.
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase ( for any of the above reasons), you may request
and obtain a refund (or product replacement ) in full by mailing us a signed "Letter of Dissatisfaction"
within 15 days of your purchase date. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that
appears on the original order or by check made out by Essentials Educational Services and Products.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
